Komedia Entertainment sell our goods to you subject to the conditions set out on this page.

Please read these conditions carefully before using the Komedia Entertainment merchandise page. By using this page, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions.

Delivery
Products shipped to UK addresses are sent via recorded delivery through The Royal Mail. We aim for a 2-3 working day lead-time on delivery of products on most items within mainland UK. Deliveries outside of the UK are sent via the Royal Mail's International Signed-For service (which will take between 3 and 5 working days in Western Europe and 5 to 10 working days outside Europe).

Goods
We are unable to exchange items that are not damaged, defective or incorrect.
Sizes for each item may vary, but (unless stated otherwise in the product description) sizes are approximately as follows:

Mens
Small = 36" chest
Medium = 38"-40" chest
Large = 42"-44" chest

Girls
All girls T-shirts are approximately Girls UK size: 10/12.
Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items in the store are always in stock, occasionally some items will be temporarily out of supply.
If the item you wish to purchase is out of stock please email orders@komediaentertainment.com with the details of the item you wish to purchase and we will do our best to try and get it for you.
Please note: The products illustrated on this web site are as seen. The reproduction of colours is as accurate as photographic and computing processes will allow. Bandmad accept no responsibility for variances in colour or style due to the settings on the users monitor. Bandmad reserve the right to alter without notice or prior warning, prices of products and conditions of sale. We welcome your feedback on any of our policies.

VAT
For any customer purchasing adult clothing and souvenirs inside Europe, VAT is included at the standard UK rate of 17.5%.

Payment
All payments are handled by Paypal.com. PayPal allows any consumer with an email address to securely, conveniently and cost-effectively send and receive payments online.
In order to operate the PayPal service and to reduce the risk of fraud, PayPal (Europe) Ltd must ask you to provide them information about yourself and your credit or debit card and/or bank account. This Privacy Policy describes the information they collect and how they use that information. PayPal takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously and will use your information only in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy.
